Anna brings more than three decades of hands-on credit union leadership to NERKO. She served for fourteen years as the Chief Operating Officer of Coca-Cola Federal Credit Union and as the Chief Executive Officer of two other credit unions. In these senior leadership roles, Anna spearheaded strategic turnarounds, compliance improvements, technology upgrades, and member service enhancements.

Anna later joined Inclusiv, the national trade association for community development credit unions, where she helped credit unions implement technology, improve operations, strengthen compliance, educate boards, develop leaders, and plan strategically. She also helped launch and grow the On the Rise Financial Center, expanding financial wellness services for underserved neighborhoods. Her broader civic work includes co-founding multiple nonprofits and serving on various boards.

At NERKO, Anna serves as a trusted resource for credit unions by pairing practical judgment with the frontline experience credit unions value. Outside the office, Anna is the General Manager of a wine-tasting room, where she pours wine for happy people.
