Neil P. Diskin

Neil P. Diskin is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience representing clients in state and federal courts. Neil has deep experience representing financial institutions and businesses in disputes involving commercial contracts, business torts, and applications for injunctive relief. Prior to affiliating with NERKO, Neil practiced in the litigation department of an Am Law 100 firm.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Neil represents individuals in criminal matters. This provides Neil with a rare vantage point to advise clients on high-stakes civil disputes with criminal or regulatory overtones.

Outside the office, Neil enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the New York Mets.
